Fashion Epiphany

I think I need a cowboy hat. Maybe not a full blown real Texas cowboy hat. But a cowboy-esque hat. I think I could really pull it off.

I should probably wait ’til spring on that one.

I suggest a Shady Brady They’re back and all the rage these days. You’d look mighty fine in one too!

How about the hat Lisa Bonet wore in High Fidelity?

I’ve had Shepler’s recommended to me before. I kinda like this one Or maybe this one. Not for $53, though.

Hell, now that I’m looking, I have no idea what I want.

    Sheplers is a fun store.

I can envision you in a dark hat with metal studs on it.

    I could do velvet, too.

That second one reminds me of Jeri on Survivor. I like the one in the main picture on the SHady Brady page that’s over to the left, with the ends that curl up kinda high.

I can totally picture you sportin’ a cowboy hat. I have one in mind too…gotta find a link.

Jerri on Survivor? That’s not a good thing.

Please don’t wear it if you come back to Idaho. That’s just an ass-whuppin’ waiting to happen. Not that they’re not cute, but Idaho just doesn’t get hats that don’t say Stetson or Resistol inside, and that do weird little curly things with the brim.

LOL Casey – the same is true in Texas. I was in San Angelo at a skanky honkey tonk wearing the aforementioned Shady Brady and this full on cowboy took one look at me and gave me the “you’re not from around here” line. I explained that I was visiting from California and he replied “Well, that explains the hat.”
