I don’t get the term “activist judges”, myself. Just because they are trying to do what’s RIGHT and not continue the cancerous spread of homophobic discrimination makes them “activists”? WhatEVER.

And NO, there is absolutely no concrete argument against gay marriage. Gay marriage will not destroy the institution of marriage itself and it will not damage our society as a whole. Something I find quite amusing is the fundies bring up stuff like “Oh, it will destroy families and promote promiscuity..blah, blah, blah”. Ummm..HELLO, like there isn’t a 52% divorce rate amongst straights and rampant adultery as it is? What fucking rock have they been living under the last 30 years or so? Asshats.
